Erbium laser anterior crown lengthening

From Dr. John M. Highsmith:

Here's a case where I did osseous crown lengthening with the Hoya VersaWave Erbium laser. Only about a 1mm sulcus to begin with, probably altered active eruption where the bone is right at the CEJ. Diode alone would not have gotten the result we want here. I love the photo of half and half. Really shows what we can accomplish.
Probes show the zero sulcus after the gingivectomy, then a 3mm sulcus after bone removal. All done with no flap. Post op is about 3 weeks, not totally healed. We'll be doing very conservative veneers after tissue maturation.
Patient is thrilled! This is a very fun case.

I've only done a few of these, so feedback from more experienced docs is welcome.
