Dr. Trent Smallwood presents an interesting concept about utilizing Invisalign prior to No Prep cases. He will utilize Invisalign to create some interproximal spacing to allow for better margins and line angles for No Prep cases. He also likes to “RETROCLINE” the teeth so that when he places the final veneers on he has proper inclination and axial inclination.
Trent’s concepts are very interesting and allow a nice way to utilize no prep cases and get fantastic results that are superbly esthetic.
So far, day 1 of the ACE 2008 Conference on No Prep veneers has been incredibly informative. Lots of great information and ideas on how to utilize these techniques and achieve outstanding esthetic results.
