About the Program: The Power RDH continues to be a popular course for hygienists that want more than a ‘nine to five’ job. The cause of burnout is examined and solutions are discussed. Treating the whole body is a way for hygienists to expand within their own scope of practice. Thyroid screening, oral cancer, alternative medicine, “green” products, the oral-systemic link; How do we fit it all into one prophy and give our patient the quality care they deserve? The Power RDH will learn how to increase the production in the dental hygiene department and in turn learn how to review, evaluate and negotiate this win/win arrangement.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn the value of an RDH and how to apply your value through practice building skills that will benefit you, your patients and the dentist you work with.
